La Cotiniere is part of the commune of Gennes-Val-de-Loire and is located in the countryside in Grézillé in the hamlet of Aligny halfway between Grézillé and Louerre on the D161. We are ideally located between Saumur and Angers to discover the whole territory.

Gennes Val de Loire and Brissac Quincé are located 10-15 minutes away by car and easily accessible by bike via small roads (10 km). Allow 30 minutes to get to Saumur (23 km) or Angers (31 km). Doué-la-Fontaine and its biopark are 15 minutes away by car.

Your stays can be either:
- in guest rooms: maximum capacity of 11 people spread across 4 double or triple rooms.
- in gîtes (classified furnished tourist accommodation): two gîtes are available: 1 for 4 people (4*) and 1 for 2 people (3*). For regulatory reasons, the maximum capacity is 15 people. Possible privatization of the whole for a stay with friends, family, seminar the maximum capacity is 15 people in 7 bedrooms/6 bathrooms. In this case you will have access to the kitchens, dining rooms, living room, troglodyte room etc…

The three buildings are independent but located in the same enclosure, which is very appreciated in the event of privatization.
 Each cottage has its own private outdoor space. 
 The garden areas are large, which is ideal for finding a quiet place to rest, read, etc. There is a large terrace of 60 m² and a troglodyte room (ideal when it's hot!) of 50 m² accessible.

The stay in a guest house lasts for 1 or more nights and breakfasts are included in the price. 
The stay in a gîte is an independent stay in your own building and with your own kitchen to prepare your meals. Its duration is generally one week or more but depending on the season, stays can be 3 nights.

2 km away you will find a troglodyte restaurant "Les Fouées de Grézillé". Reservations required at 02 41 45 53 57. In the towns of Gennes-Val-de-Loire, Brissac, Doué-la-Fontaine and of course Saumur or Angers, the choice is wide.

The table d'hôte is offered by reservation only. In case of unavailability, a kitchen is at your disposal and we have jars of organic local starters and meals at your disposal.

In general, check-ins are between 5 and 7 p.m. but we can adapt if this does not suit you, please contact us.

A kitchen with fridge is available (please request as if we do table d'hôte this may be difficult). Terrace, garden, troglodyte room are also available for picnics.

One of the 4 guest rooms is on the ground floor (Coquelicot room) and without any steps to access it or move between the sleeping area and the bathroom. In the gîte l’Orée des Fleurs, one of the two rooms is on the ground floor.

Access to the 2 gîtes is independent.
 Access to the Boisée Blanc room is independent.
 Access to the other rooms is via the main entrance of the large house but then each access is independent without going through the living rooms.

6 car spaces are available: 3 under the barn (an electrical outlet is located there for electric bikes) and 3 outside.
 For your bikes, a large troglodyte and a two-bike shed are available.
 Bikers enjoy parking their motorcycles under the barn and hanging out their jackets or other items if it has rained.

Whether your stay is in a guest room or gîte, the beds are prepared with sheets and duvets and bath linen provided.

The Nordic bath is assigned to the l’Orée des Fleurs gite but if the gite is not rented you can make a reservation request.
In the event of privatization of the entire Cotinière, the bath can be used by reservation and as an option.
